Individual Placement
The Community Based Employment Model is designed to help individuals seeking employment to find a job in a community business that best suits their abilities. Coaches provide job-site training in job skills and work-related behaviors, including social skills. Services include pre-employment skill building, training, career exploration, job search, job orientation, job coaching and follow-along services.

Small-Group Model
In our Small Group Model, groups of three individuals are trained and supervised alongside other employees who are not disabled. Training takes place at the work sites of community employers, and the employees work together as a team. Training, supervision and support are provided by a trained on-site supervisor.
